Terms and Conditions

  • Safety

  • At Xclusive Touch safety is our first priority. We understand that we will have customers who own pets. It is within our best interest to request that the owners put their pets away for the in person walk thru and until all cleaning services have been completed. If we feel in harm’s way, we reserve the right to cancel cleaning services. No refund will be issued.

  • Pet Hair

  • There is a non - negotiable  pet hair fee of $75

  • Second hand Smoke policy 

  • Please refrain from smoking in the vicinity of the home while cleaners are cleaning. 

  • Virtual Walk Thru 

  • To partake in the virtual walk thru the customer will need to pay the virtual walk thru fee. Please provide your email, and download the zoom app.  Each customer will be provided their own zoom link  by email.  Zoom meetings will last for 30 minutes for virtual walk thrus.  At the end of the virtual walk thru a quote/invoice will be  provided via email to the customer.  If you decide to proceed with Xclusive Touch Cleaning services and can click the checkout/pay now  link within the invoice.  Please note that we do not provide quotes via phone and a walk thru is the fairest way to price for the customer and Xclusive Touch. 

  • In Person Walk Thru 

  • To partake in the in person walk thru  the customer will need to pay the in person walk thru fee. There will 30 minutes allotted for an in person walk thru.   At the end of walk thru a quote/invoice will be provided in person/via email to the customer. If you decide to proceed with Xclusive Touch Cleaning services you can click the checkout/pay now  link within the invoice.  Please note that we do not provide quotes via phone and a walk thru is the fairest way to price for the customer and Xclusive Touch.

  • Booking

  • Customers can book cleaning services as early as 14 days. When a walk thru is completed,  a quote/invoice will be emailed.  If the  customer agrees with the quote/invoice received via email  they will be directed to click a link to make  full/partial payment.  Making a payment secures the customer's booking date on the calendar. Please be advised we do not accept gift card payments online or in person. We take before and after pics of the services performed to be used for promotions and marketing use.

Covid-19

If you have recently been exposed to someone who's tested positive for Covid-19, please contact your physician to be sure you haven't contracted the virus before scheduling a service.

Credit Card/Debit Card Fees

All credit card and debit card transaction/processing fees will be transferred to the customer. The fees for the transactions is 3.7% of the total amount due.

Cancellation Policy

All walk thrus rather  in person/virtual are 100%  non - refundable.  All cancellations have a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations that occur on or before 48 hours will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid less of the cancellation / reschedule fee.  Customers are responsible for any processing fee within the refund transaction. Customer’s who cancel on or before 48 hours of service will be granted one reschedule date. The rescheduling of services must be booked within 14 days from the original date of service. Failure to do so results in no refund and no service provided by Xclusive Touch LLC. No refunds/services will be issued if the customer fails to reschedule within 14 days from the initial service date. Any cancellation that occurs on or after 47 hours up to the service date will not be refunded/rescheduled. Customers will be responsible for paying an additional deposit to book a new cleaning appointment
